Search Engines - Positioning

Just because you find that your site has been indexed by a Search Engine, doesn't mean that it will appear at, or near, the top of the list of sites returned when searching for the product or service that you provide.

There are a number of techniques available to assist in good search engine positioning. However, these techniques revolve, in general, around the way each individual search engine works. As the search engines change, so do the techniques.
